If you have found your way here, you may be looking for someone to talk with about how you are feeling, something that has happened, or changes you would like to make in your life.
I understand that reaching out to someone new can feel daunting. My aim is to offer a safe, respectful space where you can speak openly, be listened to without judgement, and know that your privacy will be carefully protected.
We can meet in the way that feels most comfortable for you, whether that is face to face, by video chat, or over the phone. I also offer evening virtual appointments to make it easier to fit support around your work and other commitments.
